Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, with estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment. We always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of our control. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help however we can.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Gettysburg, PA. Select “Pick Up – Gettysburg, PA” at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Returns + Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted and fragrance-based, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@summercay.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll be happy to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Used or burned candles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
