Shipping
We currently ship domestically anywhere in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and 5-7 days for order to arrive. We do our best to get your order to you ASAP, but please note, actual delivery time is in the hands of the postal service once it's out of our shop. We will not be liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries. Please email us if you have any questions concerning your order. We will try to help the best we can.
Local Pick Up
If you are a local customer and choose "Pick Up - Gettysburg, PA" at the time of purchase, you will receive an email from us to set up a day and time that will be convenient for both parties for order pick up. We are very flexible so we'll make this work!
Returns / Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, returns or exchanges are not accepted. We hand-pour, inspect and carefully package each candle before it is shipped. If any product is defective or damaged during shipment please contact sales@summercay.com. Photographic proof of the damaged product is required within 7 days of delivery. At this point we will offer a refund or send you a new candle with free shipping. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. Used candles cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
